Purchase terms and conditions
Generally
Orders are made via the online store, email or telephone and in this regard you accept the terms and conditions.
After completing your order, we will send an order confirmation to your email as soon as possible.
The parties
The seller is Klassiske Opel deler ANS, Vølstadveien 22, 4316 Sandnes, [email protected], tel. +47 413 00 145, org.nr. 925 266 825 VAT, and is hereinafter referred to as the seller/the seller.
Buyer is the consumer who places the order, and is hereinafter referred to as the buyer/purchaser.
Products
Some of our products, especially NOS, that are displayed in the online store are in limited quantities and will probably not be available in our warehouse again.
Price
Prices are stated in Norwegian kroner (NOK) and are excl. VAT. At the top of the page, the buyer can choose whether the price should be displayed with or without VAT.
Payment
The seller requires payment for the item from the time it is shipped from the seller to the buyer. Payments are made through Klarna, Vipps or Paypal. An invoice can be created by agreement with the seller.
If the buyer uses Vipps or Paypal, the purchase price will be charged when ordering. If Klarna is used, the amount will be charged the same day the item is shipped. Payment deadline for invoices is 10 days.
Shipping and Delivery
Packages to Norwegian addresses are shipped by Helthjem and Posten. Shipping prices between the two services are different and you choose which service suits you best. Shipping costs are shown when ordering. It is also possible to pick up the goods yourself.
If the total weight of the order/package weighs less than 3kg, but the package DOES NOT fit in the mailbox due to size, Helthjem cannot be used. In such cases, the shipping price is 179kr. Remember! Helthjem delivers packages at night.
NOTE : Large items such as exhausts, doors, hoods and the like must be picked up yourself in Sandnes at Vølstadveien 22, 4316 Sandnes.
Delivery is deemed to have taken place when the buyer, or his representative, has taken over the goods. If the delivery time is not stated in the order solution, the seller shall deliver the goods to the buyer without undue delay and no later than 30 days after the order from the customer. The goods shall be delivered to the buyer unless otherwise specifically agreed between the parties.

Right of withdrawal
The cancellation form will be sent along with the order confirmation by email.
Unless the agreement is exempt from the right of withdrawal, the buyer may cancel the purchase of the item in accordance with the Right of Withdrawal Act.
The buyer must notify the seller of the exercise of the right of withdrawal within 14 days from the start of the period. The period includes all calendar days. If the period ends on a Saturday, public holiday or public holiday, the period is extended to the nearest working day.
The cancellation period is considered to have been met if notification is sent before the expiry of the period. The buyer has the burden of proof that the right of cancellation has been exercised, and the notification should therefore be made in writing (cancellation form, email or letter).
If a product/products has been ordered by multiple people at the same time and is not available when the order is completed, we will notify you of the incident within 1-2 business days via phone or email and refund the applicable amounts within 3 days. The first-come, first-served principle applies here.
Return
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, you will pay the return shipping costs yourself according to Section 15, first paragraph, of the Right of Withdrawal Act.
Defects in the product - the buyer's rights and complaint period
If there is a defect in the goods, the buyer must, within a reasonable time after it was discovered or should have been discovered, notify the seller that he or she will claim the defect. The buyer has always claimed in time if this occurs within one month of the defect being discovered or should have been discovered.
If the item has a defect and this is not due to the buyer or circumstances on the buyer's side, the buyer may, in accordance with the rules in the Consumer Purchase Act, Chapter 6, depending on the circumstances, withhold the purchase price , choose between correction and replacement , demand a price reduction , or demand the agreement be terminated.
Complaints to the seller must be in writing.
Conflict resolution
Complaints must be addressed to the seller within a reasonable time. The parties shall attempt to resolve any disputes amicably. If this is unsuccessful, the buyer may contact the Norwegian Consumer Authority for mediation. The Norwegian Consumer Authority is available by telephone at 23 400 600 or www.forbrukertilsynet.no .
